If your order has exceeded the estimated window, first check your tracking via the BuyGoods portal. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check with neighbors and your local carrier. For orders genuinely lost or with no tracking movement for more than 5 days past the estimate, contact BuyGoods support for investigation.
International orders may be subject to customs inspection, which can occasionally add a few days to delivery. Any customs fees are the recipient's responsibility and vary by country. All Spartamax orders are labeled accurately and in compliance with customs regulations.
